01. About this agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of the Seekee app and website provided by FlarePath Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read it before using the service. By using Seekee after being given an opportunity to review these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. If you choose a subscription that becomes available, the Subscription Agreement and the purchase disclosures also apply. No subscription is created simply by visiting this website.

02. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age in your jurisdiction. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree on your behalf where permitted by law.

Subject to these terms and applicable store usage rules, we permit you to use Seekee for lawful personal use on devices you own or control. We retain rights in the app, website, branding, and other materials we provide. You retain rights in content you own; using the service does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

03. Your content and responsibilities

Seekee is intended to help you access the web. We do not own or control third-party websites, their content, or the rights to materials available through them. You are responsible for having permission to access, download, and use content.

  • Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or use the service unlawfully.
  • Do not distribute harmful code, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or another person’s data.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer our software except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
  • Keep your device and accounts secure, and keep backups of important information.

04. Product availability

The website presents the design direction of an upcoming browser. Product descriptions are not a guarantee of released features, availability, performance, or a release date. This website does not run the Seekee browser.

We may develop or change features before release. Any material change affecting a future paid service will be subject to notice and remedies required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every website or device.

This product information website does not provide private browsing, anonymity, a VPN, or protection from third-party tracking. Websites and search providers may receive information when you visit them. Review their terms and privacy notices before sharing information.

05. App Store and third-party services

When distributed through Apple’s App Store, the app is also subject to Apple’s usage rules and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a valid custom license replaces it. These website terms do not replace Apple’s Standard EULA or reduce rights under applicable store terms.

Apple, search engines, and linked websites operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Apple is not the provider of this website. For questions about Seekee itself, contact FlarePath Ltd. through the details below.

06. Purchases and subscriptions

No paid plan, price, or trial is currently announced on this website. Any future purchase requires your separate confirmation through an authorized purchase flow. The purchase screen must identify the relevant features, billing period, total price, renewal terms, and any trial conditions.

For any App Store subscription, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled under the store’s terms and applicable consumer law. See our Subscription Agreement. Deleting the app or contacting us alone does not cancel an App Store subscription.

07. Service standards and limits

We aim to provide a useful and reliable experience, but cannot promise that every website will be compatible, that every issue will be corrected immediately, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, statutory guarantee, refund right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where local law requires a remedy, that law applies.

08. Ending use

You may stop using Seekee at any time. You can close the website and uninstall any future app using device controls. Cancel any active subscription separately through the applicable store.

We may restrict access to our website or services when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful use, or security risk, with notice where practicable and required by law. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Applicable payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions continue as needed after use ends.

09. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence require otherwise. Nothing prevents you from using courts or dispute processes that applicable consumer law makes available to you. Contact us first if you would like help resolving a concern; doing so does not waive a legal right or deadline.

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. Material changes will be communicated with additional notice where required, and any legally required consent will be obtained. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
